Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Law, 5+ years in a reputable firm, strong English communication, and the ability to handle multiple cases independently. Arabic skills are a plus, and accommodation preference may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Advisor in a reputable law firm.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis for cases and inform clients.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
• Draft contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Keep up-to-date with legislation changes and guide clients accordingly.
