Job Description

Project and Account Management:

• Lead and manage marketing and business growth projects aimed at boosting business development and increasing economic impact for the business unit (BU).
• Support the Marketing and Business Growth team in launching, executing, and developing projects.

Business Development:

• Collaborate with executives to devise cost-effective strategies for pursuing new business opportunities.
• Facilitate meetings with potential investors and strategic partners, presenting BU offerings and negotiating deals.

Business Intelligence & Analytics:

• Build and analyze data pipelines to generate actionable intelligence for attracting MNEs and high-impact SMEs to the economic zone.

Marketing Operations:

• Support lead acquisition and opportunity nurturing with insights from data and market research.
• Contribute to BU growth and revenue generation.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures within the department, guaranteeing employee and asset safety and legislative compliance.

Information Security (Protection):

• Comply with information security policies relevant to the role, maintaining the secure management of information and assets, and developing the required competencies in information protection.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidates holding Own Visa are desired.
• Candidate that is willing to work under a 3 months contract are desired.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s in Business Administration or any equivalent degree.
• An international certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Prince2, PMI) or an equivalent.
• 5 years work experience.
• Languages: English and Arabic is advantageous.
• Core competencies: The Senior Lead will be in charge of recycling the pipeline and both local and international lead outreach, hence excellent communication skills are a must.
