Job summary

Modon in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Associate – Landscaping Engineer to lead landscaping operations across community common areas, supervise service providers, ensure adherence to SLAs, and maintain high aesthetic and safety standards.

You will coordinate maintenance across planting, irrigation, lighting, and hardscape, review budgets, monitor water usage, and drive improvements while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Engineering, Agriculture/Horticulture Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing landscaping operations for common areas and large communities is preferred.
• Familiarity with CAFM tools and local UAE regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscaping operations across community common areas, including hardscape and softscape elements.
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs and KPIs, coordinating improvement actions.
• Conduct periodic inspections of irrigation, lighting, and outdoor furniture to identify maintenance needs.
