Job summary

Al Ain Consulting Engineers LLC is seeking a Landscape BIM Architect to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves conceptual design for landscape and architectural projects, modeling in Revit, and coordinating within a BIM environment to meet project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, strong BIM standards knowledge, and at least 5 years of UAE experience within relevant roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of international BIM standards - preferred.
Experience 7 years at least 5 years in relevant positions
5years of experience working in the UAE.

Responsibilities

Conceptual design of architecture and landscape projects, including visualization tasks.
Perform as Revit modeler and designer for landscape models.
Work collaboratively with your project team members from all disciplines on the BIM shared environment.
Respond professionally to your line manager and project team leader.
Work with team spirit, helping to ensure collective success.
Create and maintain BIM models that accurately represent design intent and meet project specs.
Collaborate with project stakeholders.
Troubleshoot BIM issues.
Follow BIM standards.
Understand project requirements and develop BIM models accordingly.
Participate in project meetings to share model progress and coordination updates.
Extract and compile quantities and cost estimates from BIM models to support procurement and budgeting.
Create and manage the project's digital BIM component library.
