Job summary

AECOM is seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our Urbanism + Planning studio in the United Arab Emirates. You will develop landscape design concepts and master plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable outdoor spaces from concept through construction.

3-5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture
Advanced proficiency with 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, Revit or similar)
Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and site analysis
Experience with GIS software for environmental analysis
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for presentation

Responsibilities

Develop landscape design concepts and master plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
Conduct site analysis, climate, soil and water management considerations
Create technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
Manage design development from concept to construction documents
Collaborate with architects, engineers and other design professionals
Incorporate sustainable design practices and climate-responsive strategies
Present proposals to clients and refine concepts
Coordinate with contractors, conduct site inspections and ensure quality
Manage timelines, budgets and resources for efficient delivery
