Job summary

webeleaf seeks a seasoned landscape design leader to own and oversee high-end projects. You will lead design decisions, mentor the team, and ensure flawless client presentations, while coordinating with supervision to deliver builds true to the plans.

With 5+ years in landscape architecture and a strong luxury portfolio, you’ll work in a fast-paced studio, align with ambitious KPIs, and drive scalable design processes across multiple UHNI projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in landscape architecture, with at least 1 year leading design teams.
• portfolio that makes other designers jealous - luxury residential
• software fluency: AutoCAD, Rayon, SketchUp, Lumion, Notion and whatever else gets the job done
• UAE experience preferred; understanding UHNI clients is basically required

Responsibilities

• Lead design approvals and set the quality bar for client presentations.
• Mentor the design team and maintain clear communication.
• Manage multiple UHNI projects with high standards.
• Defend design decisions in client presentations and coordinate with supervision team.
• Shape design direction as webeleaf scales and contribute to business development.
• Solve site challenges in real-time and build scalable processes.
