Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field, 5+ years in Dubai, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent client communication and knowledge of local regulations are essential.

Job description

Responsibilities

Support the sales team in the design and delivery of projects, including day-to-day coordination with project team members. Work closely with the Practice Lead to drive landscape business development, win projects, and deliver technical and commercial proposals. Develop strong client relationships and attend key client presentations and meetings. Create high-quality, innovative concept designs for luxury villas and high-end developments. Lead the preparation of preliminary and detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation. Select and recommend suitable landscape materials and palettes for hardscape, softscape, and site furniture, based on local experience and market knowledge. Lead and manage the development of concept and detailed master plans, with a focus on premium residential and public realm projects. Manage and execute projects from concept stage through construction and final handover. Prepare professional design presentations using both hand sketches and digital tools. Handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai/UAE, preferably in landscaping luxury villas and high-end residential projects. Proven experience in landscape and swimming pool design and execution. Strong proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. Solid knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes. Excellent communication, coordination, and client management skills. Strong attention to detail and high aesthetic sense for luxury outdoor spaces.
