Job description

Manage various projects, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. - Review IFC drawings to pinpoint any disparities with Tender drawings and BOQ. - Collaborate with architects, project managers, engineers, and surveyors. - Create detailed Hardscape and Softscape shop drawings. - Verify subcontractors' shop drawings for accuracy. - Engage in meetings with clients, consultants, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Present project proposals to clients and address inquiries. - Issue technical RFIs for clarification. - Calculate quantities from drawings and conduct on-site inspections to guarantee compliance with approved plans.
