Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Develop innovative landscape designs that blend aesthetics with functionality, ensuring alignment with the Palaces vision and site conditions.
• Project Management: Lead and manage landscape projects from concept to completion, coordinating with other professionals to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Engagement: Work closely with high-profile project stakeholders to understand the needs and deliver bespoke landscape solutions.
• Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site analysis to inform design decisions, considering factors such as climate, soil, vegetation, and sustainability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local regulations and standards, particularly within the GCC region.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate landscape design seamlessly with overall project plans.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with significant experience in the GCC region.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
• Client Relations: Prior experience working with high-profile clients, particularly royal families or similar VIP clientele, is highly preferred.
• Cultural Understanding: Deep understanding of cultural and environmental factors in the GCC region.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
