Job summary

Zutari seeks an experienced Land Surveyor based in Dubai to lead setting out and surveying for road and bridge projects. You will verify line and level against drawings, review contractor data, and produce as-built surveys while coordinating with site teams.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering, 7+ years’ relevant experience, and proficiency with Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of land surveying experience for infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with survey equipment and software listed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out setting out and surveying for road and bridge projects.
• Verify line, level and dimensions per drawings and RTA requirements.
• Prepare as-built surveys and maintain survey records.
