Job summary

Khatib & Alami in Dubai is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support supervision and execution of major infrastructure projects. You will conduct land, topographical and construction surveys and perform setting-out for roads, utilities, drainage and earthworks.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/Bachelor in Surveying or related field with 8+ years of UAE/GCC experience, including familiarity with DM/RTA projects and experience with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Dubai-based role.

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor in Surveying or related field.
Minimum 8 years’ experience as Land Surveyor.
Strong infrastructure experience (roads/highways/utilities).
UAE/GCC experience mandatory, Dubai prefered.
Experience with Dubai Municipality/DM, RTA projects preferred.
Consultant/supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct land, topographical and construction surveys for infrastructure projects.
Perform setting-out for roads, highways, utilities, drainage and earthworks.
Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks and coordinates.
Verify line, level, alignment and elevations against drawings.
Conduct as-built and quantity surveys and maintain records.
Check contractor survey works and data for compliance.
Coordinate with Resident Engineers, Site Engineers and Contractors.
Prepare and verify as-built documentation.
Operate Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level and related surveying equipment.
