Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of UAE civil construction surveying experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of setting-out, levelling and as-built surveys.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, structural and topographical drawings.
• Proficiency with Total Station, GPS/GNSS and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed land and site surveys to establish reference points, coordinates, levels and boundaries.
• Carry out setting-out activities for foundations, roads, infrastructure and utilities.
• Prepare survey reports, field notes and as-built documentation.
• Verify measurements align with approved drawings and design requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain survey equipment calibration and data records.
