Job summary

GeneDx is seeking an experienced Client Billing Manager to lead the billing operations for diagnostic laboratory services in Dubai. You will oversee dispute resolution, AR performance, and vendor coordination while driving process improvements across healthcare billing workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in laboratory billing or revenue cycle management, with strong knowledge of insurance claims, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in laboratory billing, insurance claims, client billing, or revenue cycle management.
• Strong understanding of insurance claim processes, healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and compliance requirements.
• Strong critical thinking skills to identify root causes and resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the client billing process for diagnostic laboratory services.
• Oversee the review and resolution of disputed, pending, and aging invoice balances.
• Ensure invoices are managed in accordance with client and regulatory standards.
• Partner with internal teams and external billing vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate new client setup and pricing within billing software.
• Monitor accounts receivable performance and operational metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Client Billing team.
• Analyze invoice trends and implement process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on client activities and reimbursement trends.
• Coordinate system implementations and upgrades related to billing workflows.
• Develop and maintain client billing-related policies and procedures.
