Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager for the Commercial Vehicles team in Abu Dhabi. You will drive truck sales, manage fleet customers, and build relationships with transport operators across the UAE.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, achieve targets, and develop a strong pipeline while maintaining profitability and high customer satisfaction. A UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven truck sales experience in the United Arab Emirates.
• Experience managing fleet customers and transport operators.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE truck market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within the truck sector.
• Build strong relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, transportation businesses, contractors, and key commercial customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through active prospecting and customer engagement.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Present vehicle solutions, coordinate demonstrations, and support customer test drives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through quotation, negotiation, order placement, delivery, and payment collection.
• Protect profitability while delivering competitive commercial solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
• Support collections activities and follow up on outstanding payments when required.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business growth strategies.
