A Key Account Manager in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) sector for energy drinks focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring product visibility within the hospitality industry. This role involves strategic account planning, understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and Maintaining Relationships:

Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HORECA sector, such as F&B managers, procurement managers, and chefs.

• Strategic Account Planning:

Developing and implementing tailored business plans for each key account to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.

• Sales Growth:

Driving sales growth and maximizing revenue within assigned accounts by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.

• Product Placement and Visibility:

Ensuring optimal product placement, brand visibility, and promotional activities within HORECA outlets.

• Negotiation and Contract Management:

Leading commercial negotiations, managing contracts, and ensuring adherence to agreements.

• Market Analysis:

Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

• Collaboration:

Working closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

• Reporting and Analysis:

Preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance, account status, and market trends to management.

• Customer Satisfaction:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service.

• Business Development:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in key account management within the HORECA sector, preferably in the beverage or energy drinks industry.
