Job summary

New Personnel in Dubai is seeking a skilled joinery detailer to translate designs into high-precision shop drawings for premier interior fit-outs. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on custom joinery and millwork projects.

The role requires 2–3 years UAE-based experience, expert AutoCAD skills, and the ability to produce cutting lists and collaborate with project teams. This on-site position offers visa support and medical insurance under UAE Labour Law.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of UAE-based interior fit-out or joinery factory experience.
Strong command of structural woodwork joinery techniques and MDF fabrication.
Knowledge of architectural standards and shop drawing practices.

Responsibilities

Generate comprehensive joinery shop drawings and construction details using AutoCAD.
Produce precise cutting lists and material take-offs for the factory floor.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and foremen to resolve joinery issues.
