Talents of Endearment is seeking a Senior Java + React Engineer to join a multinational tech team in Dubai. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise web applications using Java/Spring Boot on the backend and React.js on the frontend.

You’ll lead code quality efforts, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Strong English communication is essential, Arabic is a plus, and a top-tier salary with UAE benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Backend: Java 11+ with Spring ecosystem (Boot, MVC, Data, Security).
• Frontend: React.js with state management (Redux/Context API).
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Databases: PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP; Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and React.js for frontend.
• Contribute to solution design for scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum with cross-functional teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code and enforce standards.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve UX and system efficiency.
