Job summary

Talents Of Endearment is seeking a Senior Java React Engineer for a remote role. You will lead full‑stack development using Java (Spring) on the backend and React on the frontend, building scalable enterprise applications for a multinational client.

You will design, develop, and deploy mission-critical solutions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions within an Agile environment. Strong English communication is essential; UAE nationals (Emirati) encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional software development experience.
• Backend: Java 11 with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security.
• Frontend: React with state management (Redux/Context API).
• RESTful APIs and microservices design.
• SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Responsibilities

• Fullstack design, development and maintenance using Java and React.
• Contribute to solution architecture for scalability, performance and security.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams with Designers, PMs and QA.
• Write clean, testable code and enforce standards through peer reviews.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging tech to improve UX and system efficiency.
