Job summary

SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant IVF / Reproductive Medicine Specialist to join a leading healthcare organisation in the UAE. The role covers fertility assessment, IVF/ART pathways, and patient-centred care across Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.

The candidate should hold a Tier 1 / Western qualification and be eligible for UAE licensing; Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred. You will collaborate with embryologists, nurses and geneticists to optimise outcomes and quality

Qualifications

• Consultant-level IVF/Reproductive Medicine experience.
• Tier 1 / Western qualification strongly preferred.
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment and management of infertility.
• Run IVF/ICSI and ART treatment pathways.
• Perform ultrasound-guided monitoring and investigations.
• Counsel patients on options, risks and outcomes.
• Collaborate with embryologists, nurses and geneticists.
