Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Specialist based in the UAE to join our international team. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, engage both warm and cold leads, and contribute by bringing in strategic insights and fresh approaches.

Together We Will :

  • Convert high-intent leads into long-term clients through a structured and strategic sales process;
  • Finesse our sales approach by testing new ideas and staying ahead of market trends;
  • Build a strong and predictable sales pipeline that drives consistent revenue growth.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in closing B2B deals with a proven track record of converting leads into contracts;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication (Arabic not required);
  • Experience managing and segmenting lead pipelines in CRM systems (HubSpot);
  • Experience working with both warm and cold lead databases;
  • Based in Dubai or UAE, with the ability to attend in-person meetings in Dubai;
  • Strong motivation to meet or exceed KPIs and a genuine passion for sales;
  • Proactive and independent approach to work, with flexibility and a personalized touch when dealing with leads;
  • Strategic thinker who brings fresh ideas, suggests new approaches, and stays current with industry trends to drive sales performance.

Would be a plus :

  • A driver’s license.
