Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is seeking a Senior IT Procurement Officer in Abu Dhabi to manage end-to-end IT procurement and vendor relationships. You will act as a senior buyer for IT categories, ensuring compliant processes and delivery of value across engagements.

The role requires strong experience in IT procurement, SAP Ariba usage, and contract management, with a focus on driving efficiency and savings while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Must have IT procurement experience or IT by profession.
• Banking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle, coordinating RFQs/RFPs and vendor negotiation.
• Attend meetings with senior stakeholders and vendors.
• Prepare procurement plans with end users and manage contract drafting, review and execution.
• Maintain and monitor the Contract Database and ensure proper archiving of procurement files.
• Lead process improvements, driving savings and SME insights in IT procurement.
