Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT / OT Cybersecurity Engineer for our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in IT / OT environments and a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges associated with securing critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

1. Administer specialized security applications and systems within IT / OT environments, such as antivirus, firewalls, IPS, etc.
2. Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Endpoint Protection solutions to ensure robust security.
3. Design, install, configure, monitor, and maintain Server Virtualization Infrastructure and architecture, optimizing for performance and reliability.
4. Build, configure, and deploy virtual machines, ensuring they meet operational and security standards.
5. Manage Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems within IT / OT environments, covering installation, configuration, ongoing maintenance, backup, and restoration according to operational protocols.
6. Coordinate and execute activities related to event collection, log management, event management, compliance automation, and identity monitoring to ensure comprehensive security oversight.
7. Detect and analyze cyber threats targeting IT / OT cybersecurity systems and equipment, implementing measures to mitigate risks and enhance security posture.

Professional experiences

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity with a focus on IT & OT security.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications

Possessing one or more of the following cybersecurity certifications is mandatory and will significantly enhance your candidacy :
