Inception42, a G42 company, seeks a Senior IT Manager to lead strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure. You will oversee hybrid environments, cloud services, endpoint security, and compliance programs while guiding vendor relationships and budget planning.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Azure, Entra ID, VDI, Windows 365, and security controls.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years IT management experience with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Azure cloud environments, Entra ID, and hybrid infrastructures.
• Experience with endpoint security tools and firewall/content filtering, VPNs, and SOC/NOC oversight.

Mansioni

• Design and oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, including AD/Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, networking and security.
• Manage Azure environments, Entra ID, VDI, and Windows 365 deployments.
• Lead ISO, SOC2, GDPR, and HIPAA programs and certification efforts.
• Oversee SOC/NOC operations to maintain cybersecurity posture for AI-driven orgs.
• Ensure high availability of VDI and cloud-based workspaces, plus on-prem/cloud integration.
• Enforce InfoSec policies and endpoint controls (CrowdStrike, Defender) and firewall rules.
• Lead patch management and vulnerability programs aligned with NIST/ISO standards.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and MSPs to meet SLAs for IT services.
• Monitor service delivery and resolve escalations; manage IT budgets and training.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate on-prem and cloud systems; support office IT
• Support complex IT issues to minimize downtime and maximize user satisfaction.
