Job summary

UnfoldHR is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing complex deployments, strong technical know-how in data centers, networks, virtualization and Microsoft infrastructure, and excellent customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on IT infrastructure project management experience.
• Must have prior UAE work experience.
• Strong networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and data centre knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver IT infrastructure projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocations and delivery timelines.
• Manage data centre, server, networking, virtualization, storage and cloud components.
• Act as primary contact for customers and coordinate with technical teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, issues and change requests; provide status updates.
