A leading IT firm in Dubai seeks an experienced Infrastructure Operations Manager with over 15 years in IT management. Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years' experience in IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years managing large projects.
• Experience in at least three private cloud deployment and management projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure Administrators for implementation and commissioning of IT infrastructure.
• Serve as SPOC for IT infrastructure setup and provide onsite L3 support for infrastructure issues.
• Conduct DR drills and manage infrastructure and maintenance calendars.
