Job summary

Quartermaster AI is seeking an IT Engineer to maintain IT operations, support endpoints, and manage secure cross-domain networks across our sites. The role combines hands-on endpoint troubleshooting with network design and security responsibilities essential for classified environments.

You will work within IT and security teams, configure firewalls, onboard/offboard users, and support air-gapped networks and cross-domain data transfers. A clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in IT engineering, systems administration, and/or network engineering.
• Experience administering endpoints across macOS, Windows, and Linux with MDM.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical assistance from help desk to escalations across hardware, software, OS, and connectivity for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN infrastructure across multiple sites.
