Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory risk, or AML within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) and AML monitoring systems.
• Prior banking experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic compliance reviews of IT systems and operational processes.
• Draft and enhance IT compliance policies, ensuring they reflect regulatory requirements.
• Continuously monitor regulatory developments impacting IT and AML compliance.
• Investigate compliance breaches and coordinate with legal and HR teams.
