Who we are looking for

Investment professional with significant experience in private and/or growth investing
You have an entrepreneurial mindset with sharp commercial judgement and a clear passion for value creation
Experience in managing juniors and confident in your leadership and execution abilities
Please note that candidates are not necessarily required to have significant experience in Asia
A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university within a relevant field
