Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and company due diligence to identify attractive investment opportunities.
• Support in deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical advisors during the due diligence process.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing portfolio companies.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, financial planning, and operational improvements.
• Track macroeconomic trends, market developments, and emerging sectors relevant to the firm’s investment strategy.
• Provide insights and recommendations to inform investment decisions.
• Contribute to the development of investment strategies, policies, and frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, advisors, and portfolio company management teams.
• Assist in fundraising, investor reporting, and communication materials as required.
