Job summary

Alcazar Energy in Dubai seeks an Associate to own day-to-day borrower-side administration of project-financed SPVs through close, construction and operations. You will work across CP/CS trackers, drawdowns, DSCR monitoring and lender engagement to drive timely performance and governance.

The role requires 3–6 years in project finance, advanced Excel modelling, and strong stakeholder skills, with exposure to DFIs a plus. A hands-on, multi-workstream mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in project finance, with 2–3 years at a developer, IPP, infrastructure sponsor.
• Experience administering live project-financed SPVs end-to-end.
• Advanced Excel and project finance modelling skills.
• Knowledge of CTAs, facility agreements, intercreditor and related docs.
• DFI lending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day borrower-side administration from close through operations.
• Manage CP/CS trackers and lender information covenants.
• Prepare utilisation requests, drawdowns, and waterfall administration.
• Calculate DSCR/LLCRs and monitor distribution locks.
• Coordinate debt service, hedging and repayment schedules.
• Prepare lender reports and manage consents and waivers.
• Interface with technical, ESG and asset teams for KPI tracking.
• Review model outputs and maintain audit trails.
