Job summary

PulseHire HR is partnering with a leading UAE healthcare provider to recruit a Consultant Interventional Radiologist. The role focuses on minimally invasive, image-guided diagnostics and therapies, offering broad clinical exposure within a diverse international patient population.

The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary team with modern imaging infrastructure, manage complex procedures, and contribute to clinical governance.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgement and patient safety commitment.
• Excellent communication with diverse patients and teams.
• Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations and governance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform image-guided vascular and non-vascular interventions using fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT and angiography.
• Assess patients, obtain informed consent, plan procedures and manage peri-procedural risks.
• Perform procedures such as biopsies, drainages, embolisation, angioplasty, stenting and venous access.
• Interpret imaging findings and collaborate with surgery, oncology, nephrology, emergency and critical care teams.
• Maintain radiation safety, sterile technique, procedural documentation and complication monitoring.
• Contribute to service development, multidisciplinary meetings and clinical governance.
