Job summary
SearchPlus HR Consultancy is assisting a leading healthcare facility in the UAE to recruit a Western-qualified Consultant Interventional Radiologist to join its Radiology team. You will provide image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with a focus on patient safety and excellence.
The role requires consultancy experience in a reputable hospital, strong IR expertise, and registration/licensing eligibility in the UAE.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from a recognised institution.
- Western specialist qualification in Radiology/IR.
- Consultant-level experience in a reputable hospital.
- Current registration/licence and UAE licensing eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of image-guided interventional radiology procedures.
- Assess patients, review imaging and plan treatment.
- Counsel pre-procedure; obtain consent; follow-up post-procedure.
- Manage complications and complex cases.
- Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists and other specialists.
- Maintain accurate clinical and procedural documentation.
- Participate in governance, QA, audit and CME/CPD.
- Support growth and expansion of the IR service.
