Ounass, based in Dubai, seeks a Senior Internal Controller to safeguard financial, operational and regulatory processes. On-site hybrid role, remote work not available.

You will strengthen governance and control culture, align risk management with business strategy, and lead data-driven reporting to support compliance and efficiency across all functions. The role requires 5+ years in risk/internal control, knowledge of COSO/SOX/ISO, and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk and internal control.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset in fast-moving environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and internal control methodologies (COSO, SOX, ISO).
• CIA and ISO 31000 are preferred, not mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles and IT/system controls.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, control testing, root-cause analysis, remediation planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience with audit tools, data analytics and reporting dashboards.
