Job summary

ENOC is seeking a Senior Specialist in Internal Communications to lead strategic initiatives that inform, engage and align employees with ENOC's mission and values. You will design messages, manage channels, and partner with leaders to ensure consistent, transparent communications across the organization.

You will develop crisis communications plans, mentor junior staff, and champion employee advocacy programs while tracking KPIs to continually improve engagement, retention and brand alignment

Qualifications

• Degree in communications, journalism, PR or related field.
• 7 years in Public Relations, Communications or related field.
• Strong MS Office and Google Docs proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic internal comms plans aligned with objectives.
• Create compelling content and manage intranet, email and newsletters.
• Lead crisis communication plans and liaison across departments.
• Mentor junior team members and promote employee advocacy programs.
