Duration: 8–12 months (with full-time placement upon completion)

About the Graduate Program

RAKBANK, in partnership with the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF), invites ambitious fresh graduates to join our Internal Audit Graduate Program. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship that will prepare you for a full-time role as an Internal Auditor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Graduate Internal Auditor, you will:

• Learn how to conduct internal audits across various departments.
• Assist in identifying risks, evaluating controls, and recommending improvements.
• Support the preparation of audit reports and follow-up on action plans.
• Gain exposure to audit methodologies, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Work under the guidance of experienced auditors and leaders.
