Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in internal audit, risk management or related functions.
• Experience in banking, investments or financial services is advantageous.
• Professional qualifications such as CIA, CPA or ACCA are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of IFRS/IAS and regulatory requirements.
• Experience preparing audit reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex processes and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based internal audit assignments across investment activities, operations and corporate functions.
• Support development and implementation of annual/longer-term internal audit plans.
• Assess effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes and risk management frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end audit engagements including planning, fieldwork, testing, documentation and reporting.
• Identify control weaknesses, regulatory gaps and potential operational or financial risks.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to agree remediation plans and strengthen processes.
• Monitor implementation of recommendations and conduct follow-ups.
• Contribute to Audit Committee reporting and management presentations.
• Coordinate with internal/external audit providers to maintain quality.
