Qualifications

• Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing)
• Fluent in Russian (Reading, Speaking and Writing)
• 1+ years of post-qualification experience in auditing
• Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• CPA, CA, ACCA Affiliate/Member or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform external audit of clients as per BDO audit methodology and ensure qualitative documentation.
• Assist the client in preparation or review of financial statements as per IFRS.
• Oversee project management of the audit engagement including project plan and timely client engagement.
• Identify and discuss audit and accounting issues with the engagement team and client, proposing resolutions.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings and recommendations to the client and discuss with Audit Committee/BOD/TCWG.
• Understand client needs and business objectives to anticipate issues and propose services for value addition.
• Provide exceptional client service with detailed understanding of client requirements and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on local regulations, IFRS changes and audit methodology and discuss changes with clients proactively.
