Job summary

Young Global is seeking an experienced internal audit leader in Dubai to drive engagements from planning to reporting. You will develop risk-based audit plans, assess governance and risk management, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen controls.

The role requires UAE experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive, client-facing approach. Immediate availability is preferred for a challenging, growth-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIA, CPA, or equivalent mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal audit engagements from planning through execution and reporting.
• Develop risk-based audit plans, perform enterprise-wide risk assessments, and evaluate governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
• Review audit workpapers, findings, and reports for compliance with standards and methodologies.
• Lead engagements related to Internal Audit, ICOFR, ERM, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify control deficiencies, assess business risks, and provide practical recommendations to strengthen controls.
