Job summary

Protiviti Middle East Member Firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced internal audit professional to identify risk areas and contribute to a risk-based audit plan. You will develop comprehensive audit programs and manage execution while communicating findings to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes mentoring, teamwork, and building the practice, with travel as required to serve clients and expand services. A strong background in banking/financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• CA/CIA with commerce background and industry specialization preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in Banking/Financial Services internal audit, consulting or advisory.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate client's risk areas and input risk-based annual internal audit plan.
• Develop audit programs & procedures including Risk & Control Matrix (RCM).
• Manage performance of audit procedures, define issues, review evidence, and document processes.
• Communicate results through reports and presentations to seniors and client management.
• Assist with proposals, meetings, and business development activities for new services.
• Develop the team through mentoring and group meetings, and assist in building the practice.
• Assist hiring, training, and evaluation of practice personnel.
