Grant Thornton UAE is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Business Risk Services team in Abu Dhabi. You will empower the team, lead client engagements, and shape risk strategy across financial services.

You'll work with senior managers to deliver proactive risk solutions, strengthen internal controls, and build robust audit frameworks while maintaining client relationships and delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Qualified or pursuing CIA, ACCA, CA, or CRMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and supervise internal audit work planning and fieldwork.
• Lead risk assessments and design target operating models for clients.
• Develop and present audit findings, recommendations, and reports.
