Job summary

Dutco Construction in Dubai seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. You will manage execution, coordinate site activities, ensure quality and safety, and deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 10–12 years of construction management experience, UAE National status with Family Book, and leadership with strong communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in construction management, with strong exposure to interior fit-out projects.
• UAE National with Family Book.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of interior fit-out construction projects.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to project specifications.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure project requirements are met.
• Resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence are maintained.
