We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a focus on site supervision to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this role you will lead interior design projects from concept to completion ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
• Oversee on-site implementation of design plans ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards
• Collaborate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues
• Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges
• Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and safety standards
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends sustainable practices and new materials

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Minimum of 10years of experience in interior design with a focus on site supervision
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations particularly in Dubai
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in sustainable design practices
• Professional certification (e.g. NCIDQ BIID) preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in various locations across Dubai
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
