Job summary

8 Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced interior designer to lead design concepts and drive project delivery. The role requires strong space planning, software proficiency and a client-focused approach to present design solutions and FF&E selections.

You will coordinate mood boards, finishes and materials, while maintaining close collaboration with clients, teams and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

5+ years of interior design experience.
Degree in Interior Design or related international degree.
Strong space planning and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design concepts through creative thought processes focused on user experience, materiality and sustainability.
Represent the companys standard quality of design and present solutions to the client.
Lead FF&E selection and production of interior specifications.
Prepare mood boards, finishes and presentation materials with accuracy.
Maintain professional communications with client, project team and consultants.
Oversee procurement discussions and manage project budgets and profitability.
Deliver complete packages on time and coordinate with team members.
