Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience in luxury residential interiors.
• Strong luxury residential portfolio showing projects personally developed by the candidate.
• Strong conceptual design and creative development skills.
• Excellent space planning, layout, and 2D design capabilities.
• Strong 3D modelling and visualization skills.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, and detailed interior design development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Proven client-facing and presentation skills.
• Hands-on, able to develop and resolve design details.
• Able to work at pace with high output while maintaining quality.
• Strong project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead luxury residential projects from concept through design development and delivery.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, materials, FF&E, and key design details.
• Produce high-quality 2D designs and 3D models to communicate design intent.
• Develop mood boards, material palettes, finishes, furniture selections, and FF&E concepts.
• Prepare and lead client presentations and design discussions.
• Translate approved concepts into detailed, buildable design solutions.
• Manage client requirements, feedback, approvals, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, resolve design issues, support installations and final delivery.
• Maintain high design quality while managing multiple projects at pace.
• Mentor and support junior design team members.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer / Interior Architect with a strong luxury residential background to join our Design team.This is a highly hands-on role for a designer who is conceptually strong, technically confident, and able to independently drive projects at pace from concept through design development and delivery.The successful candidate will personally develop key aspects of the design, including concepts, layouts, FF&E, and key design details, while maintaining a high level of quality across multiple fast-moving projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead luxury residential projects from concept through design development and delivery
• Personally develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, materials, FF&E, and key design details
• Produce and develop high-quality 2D designs and 3D models to communicate design intent
• Develop mood boards, material palettes, finishes, furniture selections, and FF&E concepts
• Prepare and confidently lead client presentations and design discussions
• Translate approved concepts into detailed, coordinated, and buildable design solutions
• Manage client requirements, feedback, design approvals, and project timelines
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct site visits, resolve design-related issues, and support installations, snagging, and final delivery
• Maintain a high standard of design quality while managing multiple projects and working at pace
• Mentor and support junior members of the design team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
• 7–9 years of relevant experience, with strong experience in luxury residential interiors
• A strong luxury residential portfolio is essential, clearly demonstrating projects and design work personally developed by the candidate
• Strong conceptual design and creative development skills
• Excellent space planning, layout, and 2D design capabilities
• Strong 3D modelling and visualization skills
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, and detailed interior design development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Proven experience independently owning projects from initial concept through client presentations, design development, and delivery
• Confident client-facing and presentation skills
• Highly hands-on, with the ability to personally develop and resolve design details rather than only overseeing the work of others
• Able to work at pace and produce a high level of output while maintaining design quality and attention to detail
• Strong project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple fast-moving projects and competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
