Job description

Required to join a Design and Build firm involved in various Commercial projects across the UAE.

As part of their growth strategy and due to recent project wins, they are urgently looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong FitOut experience in Dubai. The individual must have worked in a similar role and have experience with Commercial FitOut projects. DB experience would be preferable.

Key Activities (but not limited to):

• Lead project teams to develop design solutions for delegated interior projects
• Develop design concepts and prepare documentation for tenders and construction with the project team
• Assist with planning the project and junior designer workflow
• Monitor, train, and supervise junior designers to ensure good design quality and standard detailing
• Liaise with supervisors regarding the management and performance of junior designers
• Attend coordination meetings related to all design matters

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Experience working on Fit Out projects (Offices, Retail, F&B)
