The Role
Role Overview :
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing high-impact design solutions for luxury real estate projects. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and marketing teams to ensure that every development aligns with brand's and design ethos.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the client’s design lead, ensuring the developer’s vision, brand identity, and market positioning are clearly reflected in all design outputs.
- Articulate and safeguard the design intent across all disciplines (architecture, interior) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and coordinate the work of all design consultants (architects, ID, interior lighting & signage, etc.), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.
- Review and provide directions on design proposals, ensuring they meet the aesthetic, functional, and commercial goals of the project.
- Act as the key point of contact between the developer and design teams, facilitating clear and timely communication.
- Participate in coordination meetings, design reviews, and workshops with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure the design aligns with luxury market expectations in terms of finishes, detailing, spatial planning, specification and user experience.
- Oversee compliance with relevant building codes, planning authority requirements, and sustainability guidelines.
- Oversee, review, comment on mood boards, 3D renderings, sketches, and visual presentations to communicate design ideas.
- Work closely with the commercial and project management teams to balance design ambition with budget and program constraints.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering without compromising on luxury or design integrity.
- Monitor the design documentation process to ensure all packages are complete, coordinated, and suitable for tender and construction.
- Support the planning and approvals process by ensuring design submissions meet authority and stakeholder requirements.
- Keep abreast of global trends in luxury residential design, materials, and technology, and apply insights to enhance project innovation and differentiation.
- Provide strategic input on how design can support project positioning, branding, and marketability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in interior design, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in architectural or interior design, preferably in luxury real estate or property development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and / or mixed‑use projects.
- Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
