Job summary

Eiger Marvel Human Resource Consultancies is helping a reputed UAE consultancy recruit an experienced Interior Designer.

The role requires 10+ years in interior design, 5+ years UAE experience, and strong Revit skills to deliver concept to construction drawings across diverse projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers and clients, prepare drawings, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with UAE standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in interior design.
• 5+ years of relevant UAE experience.
• Interior design consultancy experience is mandatory.
• Strong and hands-on experience with Revit mandatory.
• Experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, mixed-use or other major developments.
• Experience in preparing concept designs, detailed design, working drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong knowledge of interior detailing, finishes, furniture layouts and space planning.
• Good understanding of UAE construction and interior design standards.
• Experience with UAE authority requirements/approvals is highly preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Interior Designer to join a reputed consultancy in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong consultancy experience excellent knowledge of Revit and a proven track record of working on a diverse range of high-quality interior design projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare interior design concepts layouts and detailed drawings.
• Produce accurate Revit models drawings and technical documentation.
• Prepare detailed interior design and construction drawings.
• Coordinate interior designs with architectural structural and MEP requirements.
• Assist with authority submissions and ensure compliance with applicable UAE requirements.

Requirements

• Experience working on a variety of projects across residential commercial hospitality retail mixed-use or other major developments.
• Experience in preparing concept designs detailed design working drawings and construction documentation.

• Good understanding of UAE construction and interior design standards.
• Experience with DDA DM and similar UAE authority requirements/approvals is highly preferred.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with architects engineers consultants contractors clients and other project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of design development and technical coordination.
• Excellent communication presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required Skills:
