The Senior Interior Designer leads high-end design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, and coordination with contractors and clients. Based in the UAE, this role involves working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where attention to detail, creativity, and project management skills are essential. The ideal candidate will bring a sophisticated design sensibility and a proven track record in commercial or residential interior design.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading the design process from concept development to detailed design and execution.
2. Creating and presenting mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings.
3. Selecting and sourcing materials, furnishings, and finishes in alignment with design vision.
4. Coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
5. Managing design budgets, timelines, and documentation for multiple projects.
6. Conducting site visits to oversee progress and ensure design intent is met.
7. Staying updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and new materials.
8. Mentoring junior designers and contributing to overall design team development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
3. Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Strong project management and client relationship skills.
5. Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
