Job summary

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) is seeking a senior architectural professional to support the Lead Architect in design development and project coordination. The role involves producing mood boards, 3D renderings and coordinating sub-consultants to ensure timely, compliant deliverables from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities include updating briefs with clients, ensuring local authority submissions, and maintaining project quality systems and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ working experience in an Architectural Practice.
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized international university.

Responsibilities

• Aiding the Lead Architect with all aspects of design development.
• Shared responsibility for writing, agreeing and updating the brief with the Client/ end user.
• Production of mood boards to aid in identifying the interior style.
• Production of sample boards highlighting main materials, accent details and finishes.
• Production of high quality interior 3D renderings.
• Design development of projects from concept to completion.
• All local authority compliance and code compliance.
• All technical detailing of a project.
• Meeting the brief from an operational, functional and design perspective.
• Writing and collating the interiors control book or specification.
• Coordination of all sub consultant packages.
• Review of all drawing packages prior to issue.
