Job summary

Brewer Smith Brewer Gulf Interior Design Division is seeking an experienced Interior Design Lead to manage a design portfolio of projects independently, under the Head of Interior Design and Partners, upholding standards across project teams.

You will develop concepts, coordinate with lead architects, manage client liaison, oversee detailed design, and ensure timely approvals and delivery, while mentoring junior designers and coordinating sub consultants.

Qualifications

• High level skill with Sketchup 3D, Enscape, AutoCAD, REVIT and Adobe Software Suite.
• Experience running a design portfolio of projects independently and maintaining standards across project teams.
• Ability to assist Head of Interior Design and Senior Management to improve division performance.

Responsibilities

• Run a design portfolio of projects independently.
• Adhere to and maintain agreed standards within project teams.
• Assist Head of Interior Design and Senior Management to improve division performance.
• Provide full and detailed project appraisals and briefs from client requirements.
• Lead concept and schematic design with the design team and Lead Architect.
• Coordinate with Sub consultants, Senior Architect - Interiors and Junior Interior Designers.
• Track client approvals and ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
